At Ideal Glow, we carefully prepare and dispatch every order. Because our products are personal-care and cosmetic products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
1. No General Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges simply because a customer:
- Changed their mind
- Ordered the wrong product
- No longer wants the product
- Does not like the product after opening or using it
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
2. Serious Product Issues
If you receive a product with a serious issue, please contact our customer support team.
Our team will review the situation and determine whether the case qualifies for a resolution.
Please provide:

- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs/videos where applicable
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible after delivery so our team can review the matter.
Do not dispose of the product or packaging until the case has been reviewed.
4. Return Shipping Charges
If a return is approved after review, both the original delivery charges and return delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless Ideal Glow specifically agrees otherwise.
5. Refunds
If our team determines that a refund is appropriate after reviewing a serious issue, the refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the case and the applicable payment method.
6. Final Decision
All return, replacement, or refund requests are subject to review by the Ideal Glow team.
